Cancellation & Refund

In order to cancel and receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start time. If you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours prior to the start time, you may receive a 50%-refund. If you cancel a reservation within 2hrs before the game starts, or you do not show up, you will not be refunded. Once your reservation is canceled, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Yes. Just leave us a message here by using the online chat or the email form below and we will cancel your ticket on our end. Please read our cancellation policy carefully and confirm which reservation would you like to cancel.
